I create one of a kind handmade Braille jewelry for those who are blind and visually impaired as well as regular everyday pieces.With the support of my wonderful husband and the inspiration of my blind-since-birth and extremely talented niece Emily, I decided to take the beauty and pattern of Braille and create wearable art in jewelry to craft unique personal treasures. Pieces in the assortment include accents of nature inspired texture with the pattern of Braille. I create Braille necklaces, Braille pendants, bracelets and custom items are my specialty! My work is created with pure silver, bronze and copper. All can give you very different and exciting looks.

What inspires me?

I made my blind since birth niece Emily a necklace with her name on it in Braille and I wanted to surprise her with it. I asked her what she thought of the necklace I had around my neck. She reaches towards me, grasping the pendant in her hands.

At first she said- 'this feels like Braille' and then I ask 'what does it say?' and she starts to read it, realizes it says her name and the biggest brightest smile came across her face. I don't know who was more excited, me or Emily!

That right there was my inspiration!!!

The other day I was speaking with Emily, and this was what she said about me:

"I see a bright future in you".... that made me cry!
